WEDDING VIDEO DEPOSIT AGREEMENT RECITALS: IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual benefits and covenants set forth below, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged by the parties, and with the intent to be legally bound by this Agreement, the parties expressly agree as follows: 1. Deposit – A deposit is required in the amount of $500.00. This deposit will reserve the wedding date for Client providing assurance for the availability of Videographer, and the vidoegraphic services offered required to deliver the "Package". Since this is a Deposit Agreement, the Package details are to be perfected later between the parties. The deposit amount establishes a credit account for Client, with Videographer, for the purposes of funding the Package requirements. 2. Cancellation – Client can cancel their demand for videographic services for a period of up to one month to the day, from the date of this Deposit Agreement. Such complying cancellations entitle Client to receive a refund of any funds on deposit, less 50%. Any cancellations beyond this time will be considered non-complying cancellations, and therefore Client will not be entitled to any refund amount. Clients who place their deposit with less than 30 days before their wedding date will not be entitled to any refunded amount. Videographer cancellations always require a 100% refund of all funds placed on account by Client. 3. Agreement Details – Since this is only a Deposit Agreement, the specific details of the
“Package” between Client and Videographer
will be further defined between the parties at a later date known as the
"Middle Details & Payment" date, and can be modified again if required on or about the Final Details / Payment date. The final details of the Package can be modified by Client up to 7 days prior to the wedding ceremony. Changes to the final details of the Package are subject to approval of Videographer, but will not be unreasonably witheld. 4. Additional Payments – Final Details & Payment A Wedding Date reserved within 90 days prior to the wedding date will forego the Middle Details & Payment portion of this agreement, and instead go to Final Details & Payment hereunder. 5. Full Agreement: The entire agreement for the Package purchased hereunder will consist of the "Deposit Agreement",
the "Video Agreement", and the "Bill of Sale". ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please select one of the following two payment methods 1. mail 2 signed copies of your Deposit Agreement with check or money order for your deposit made payable to: Robert Krajenke -OR- ***You may request an electronic invoice, and we will send you a PayPal invoice which can be paid online by debit card or credit card. for your records. Then we will contact you a couple weeks ahead of your Middle Payment due date to prepare your estimated Package details.
